🔔 More Email Notifications

Firstbase has expanded its email notification system with new alert types for admins, clearer email copy that correctly identifies which employee an order belongs to, and the ability for read-only admins to subscribe to notifications.

What's new

• Admin notification emails now use third-person copy, for example "An order for Bruce Johnson has shipped," so it's always clear which employee's order is being referenced
• New notification types: delivery exceptions, return kit dispatched to an employee, inventory order confirmations, inventory order shipped/received/cancelled, inventory stock dropping below minimum, and items marked as not returned during offboarding
• Read-only admins can now view and subscribe to email notification preferences

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Click your avatar in the top navigation and select My Account
3. Go to the Notifications tab
4. Subscribe to any of the new notification types
