Zendesk Conversation Drawer - Return and replacement order details now include a "View conversation" button that opens a drawer showing the full support thread - messages, timestamps, and attachments - without leaving the app.
New Filtering Experience for Orders, Returns, and Replacements - Filters on the Orders, Returns, and Replacements pages have been updated to an always-visible panel with inline search, expandable filter fields, and filter chips showing your active selections.
PO Number on Inventory Levels - You can now set a PO number on an inventory level. When a restock order is created from that level - automatically or manually - the PO number carries over to the order. It also appears as a column in the Inventory Levels table and in CSV exports.
Historical Usage Periods - The Usage and Fees page now lets you select any historical contract period from the period selector, not just the current one. Widgets, tables, and exports all update to reflect the chosen period.
Order Details Polish - The order details modal received a round of layout and display improvements following the logistics redesign.
Order Approval/Decline Follow-up - After approving or declining an order in the detail modal, the follow-up state now renders more clearly.
Alphabetical Notification Sorting - Notification types on the Notifications page are now sorted alphabetically within each section, making it faster to find specific alerts.
Entity Modification Endpoints in Firstbase API Docs - A full set of modification endpoints - orders, returns, replacements, inventory, packages, offices, shipment notices, and more - are now documented in the Firstbase API reference.
GET /categories Now in Firstbase API Docs - The categories endpoint is now visible in the Firstbase API documentation.
Beta Labels Removed - Stable Firstbase API endpoints no longer show a beta label in the documentation.
Serial Numbers in Warehouse Order Responses - Fulfilled warehouse order items now include the serial number in Firstbase API responses when linked to inventory.
