The ITAD Center gives IT admins a dedicated place to manage the full lifecycle of end-of-life assets, from identifying what's eligible to tracking every request through to completion. No more one-off recycling requests: select assets in bulk, submit a request, and follow it all the way through data destruction, settlement, and resale.

What's new

• View all ITAD-eligible assets across your warehouses in one place, with filtering, saved views, and CSV export
• Multi-select assets and submit batch ITAD requests in a single guided flow, grouped automatically by warehouse
• Track every request through its full lifecycle: Pending Data Destruction, Pending Settlement, and Completed
• Download key documents directly from each request, including the Certificate of Destruction and settlement report
• See estimated resale value per asset and per request (beta) before you submit

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Go to ITAD Center in the left navigation
3. Select Eligible Assets to review and submit new requests
4. Select Requests to track the status of existing requests
