🔌 Webhooks

Connect Firstbase to your internal tools and workflows without building custom polling logic. Webhooks let you subscribe to order and return events and receive instant notifications at any endpoint the moment something changes in your organization.

What's new

• Configure webhooks for order events (created, shipped, delivered, cancelled, and more) and return events
• Filter by region and destination type to receive only the notifications relevant to you
• Enable, disable, edit, and test webhooks without deleting your configuration
• Monitor every delivery attempt in the Activity tab, with request and response payloads visible for each entry
• Resend failed deliveries on demand and let automatic retries handle temporary endpoint outages

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Go to API & Integrations in the left navigation
3. Select Webhooks
4. Click Add Webhook to configure your first endpoint
