🔔 Email Notifications

Stay on top of your orders without waiting for the full picture. Email notification preferences have moved to your personal My Account section, and admins can now get alerts as individual items ship, are delivered, or are cancelled — not just when an entire order completes.

What's new

• Notification preferences are now in My Account → Notifications, personal to each admin
• Get notified when a single item ships or is delivered, even if the rest of the order is still in progress
• Item-level alerts for cancellations too, so you know right away when something falls through
• Filter subscriptions by country and destination type to only receive alerts relevant to you

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Click your avatar in the top navigation and select My Account
3. Go to the Notifications tab
4. Enable the notification types you want and configure your filters
