When you leave your current job, Firstbase will facilitate returning your remote work equipment to your employer.
You'll receive an email asking you to log into your account and confirm or provide the details that Firstbase Support will need so that you can quickly and easily return your equipment.
Once you have confirmed your details, Firstbase Support will contact you via email and make all the necessary arrangements to process and schedule your return.
If you have already left your employer but have not yet been contacted to arrange the return of your equipment, please contact Firstbase Support.
