Removing Apple Activation Lock (iCloud/Find My Device)

For Apple devices being returned, we require any personally tied Apple iCloud Account to be removed 

 

1. Sign in to the Find Devices App in your web browser.
    
2. Navigate to your list of all devices. 
   
    
3. In the Devices list, select the device you want to remove.
   
    

4. Erase the device.
   
    

   If the device is offline, the remote erase begins the next time it connects to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. You receive an email when the device is erased.
   
    

5. Once the device has been erased, to complete removal, click the Info button on the map, then click Remove This Device.
   
    

   Note: You can also Control-click the device in the Devices list, then choose Remove this Device.
