Firstbase provides return kits for all retrievals. These kits are easy to assemble and are built with materials that are sturdy to survive the journey back to our warehouses. In addition, there may also be a physical return label provided in some geographies.
These kits defer by region. Below you'll find instructions on how to package these up appropriately to avoid damage to the devices.
US:
End users in the US will be receiving the EPE V2 laptop box. This box is highly durable, allowing for multiple uses of the same device without the need to replace the box.
When you first open the box, you'll find a compartment at the top. This space is designed to store docks, charger bricks, and cables.
Upon opening the flap, you'll find a foam insert. This insert allows you to easily slide a computer into the box and provides protection. Additionally, there's a strip of tape included for sealing the box.
After placing the laptop in the box, close the first flap and insert any charging cables or bricks. Then, seal the box with tape.
EU/UK:

Where we ship kits in the rest of the regions we operate in, there will be some regional variations but will be largely similarly to what we do in the US/EU/UK.
