Firstbase sent me a return kit - what should I do with it?

A return kit has everything you need to package your items and ship them back to Firstbase.
 

Each return kit includes the following:
 

• Cardboard box/es
• Bubble wrap
• Pre-paid shipping label/s

Use the materials for packaging the items so they are secure in the box, and there is no additional space for them to be jostled and damaged.

If you do not have adequate filler materials to send the items safely, please contact Firstbase Support.
