Connect your mobile device management (MDM) provider to Firstbase and bring device enrollment, compliance, and security data into your inventory without manual reconciliation. Firstbase supports Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Iru, and JumpCloud, with ongoing sync that keeps MDM metadata up to date alongside your existing asset records.

What's new

• Connect Jamf, Intune, Iru, or JumpCloud from API & Integrations
• Review and import devices before they enter inventory, with clear handling for assignment mismatches and new enrollments
• View MDM data on each asset's MDM tab and optional columns in Asset Management (enrollment, compliance, last check-in, OS version, disk encryption, battery health, and more)
• Stay current with hourly scheduled sync, Sync now on demand, and real-time Jamf updates when webhooks are registered
• Read-only today: Firstbase pulls data from your MDM but does not write changes back

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Go to API & Integrations → Integrations and open the Available tab
3. Under Device Management, select your provider and complete the connection wizard
4. Review discovered devices, submit the import, then view synced MDM data in Asset Management or on each asset's MDM tab
