♻️ ITAD Center Office Pickup

ITAD Center now supports office pickup, so you can securely dispose of retired equipment stored at office locations without leaving your Firstbase account. The upgraded experience also consolidates ITAD into a single page: eligible assets, active requests, and request creation now live together instead of across two separate pages. Declare devices by category and quantity, track every request from submission through processing, and download compliance documents when they are ready.

What's new

• ITAD Center is now one unified page (replacing the separate Eligible Assets and Requests pages)
• Request office pickup by declaring devices by category and quantity (no serial numbers required at submit)
• Choose a saved office or enter a one-time pickup address with pickup contact details
• Use one New ITAD Request wizard for both Office Pickup and Warehouse ITAD
• Track request status end to end in ITAD Center, from pickup through data destruction and settlement
• Download Certificates of Destruction, settlement reports, and credit memos when available

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Open ITAD Center in the left navigation panel
3. Click Start Request or Actions → New ITAD Request
4. Select Office and complete the wizard to submit your pickup request
