A modern developer portal for the Firstbase API
The API Access page now links directly to developers.firstbase.com, a dedicated developer hub that goes well beyond the legacy Swagger UI. You get getting-started guides, workflow-oriented documentation, and a full API reference with clear context for every endpoint, from catalog and inventory to orders, people, returns, and shipment notices. Each endpoint page includes a Try it panel so you can test requests interactively, making it faster to explore, integrate, and ship automations against the Firstbase API.
What's New
- Profile Logistics Card View - The Logistics feed on a person's profile now uses the redesigned order card layout with a type filter, so you can focus on orders, returns, or replacements.
- IT Closet Category Limits - Set maximum order limits per category in the IT Closet to keep employee orders within their allocation.
- Shipment Notice Details Redesign - Shipment notice details now open in a consistent in-page layout that matches inventory orders and shows received inventory per shipment.
- Staged for 3rd Party Deploy Reason - A new deploy reason marks devices staged for your own ITAD partner separately from Awaiting Information.
- Serial Numbers on Logistics Rows - Serial numbers now appear on order, return, and replacement product rows so you can identify assets without opening asset details.
- ABM Serial Matching Fix - Fixed an issue where an extra leading "S" on a serial number caused Apple Business enrollment status to show as Unassigned.
- Date Range Filter Improvements - The date range filter is easier to read and use, with clearer calendar controls and no truncated text.
