How to Redirect Your Delivery to a UPS Access Point
If you need extra flexibility to pick up your package, you can easily change your delivery location to a nearby UPS Access Point—such as a local grocery store, pharmacy, or UPS Store.
Your package will be held securely for up to 7 calendar days.
To update the order, the recipient needs to verify their identity through the UPS tracking link sent to their email. Only recipients who can receive the access code via the email confirmed on the order will be able to make this change.
Important Notes Before You Begin:
Potential Delays: Rerouting your delivery to a new location may add additional business days to your estimated delivery date.
Returned Packages: If your order has already reached "Returned to Sender" status, it cannot be redirected, and a new order must be placed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Your Tracking: Click the tracking link provided in your order confirmation or shipping email.
Select Delivery Options: Click on Change My Delivery.
Continue as Guest: Choose Continue as Guest when prompted.
Verify Your Identity: Enter the email address associated with your order.
Select Your Location: Choose Update Delivery to a UPS Access Point and select your preferred local store.

Picking Up Your Package
When your package arrives at the location, UPS will send you an email containing the tracking number, store address, operating hours, and pickup guidelines.
What to Bring for Pickup To collect your order, you must present valid identification:
Option A: A government-issued photo ID where the full name and address match the package label.
Option B: A government-issued photo ID plus a secondary proof of address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or pay stub) if the address on your ID does not match the package.
Sending Someone Else? If a representative picks up the package on your behalf, they must bring their own government-issued photo ID along with the official tracking number.
