About your Help Center account
Creating your Help Center Account
An account is automatically created for you when you email us for any support request. If you would like to create an account, and you don't have any open requests, simply email us at support@firstbase.com. Then follow the instructions on Setting or Resetting your Password below.
Signing In to your Help Center Account
If you'd like to see all your support requests for your user, either that you've filed, or that you've been cc'ed on, you can do so directly in our Help Center by doing the following:
- Visit our Help Center home page: https://support.firstbase.com/hc/en-us.
- Click Sign in in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and password and click Sign in.
- Click on your profile name, and select Requests.
- From here, you can toggle between ticket that you have requested, or tickets that your are cc'd on.
Setting or Resetting your Password
To set a new Help Center password, please click here. You will be prompted for your email address. Enter the email address you use to create support requests with us.
- You'll receive an email to create your account's password.
- Click the link to Set a new password. You should then be able to sign in and view your existing support requests.
