Request Recycling for Warehouse Assets
You can now recycle eligible assets directly from warehouse inventory—no manual requests needed.
What’s New?
✔ Request recycling for devices purchased through Firstbase or supplied by your organization.
✔ View and download Certificates of Destruction (CoD) directly from the asset’s details.
✔ Available for assets located at a Firstbase warehouse.
Where to Find It?
Go to Assets > All Assets > Select a warehouse asset > End of Life actions.
New Notes Tab for Asset Collaboration
We’ve added a Notes tab in the Asset Details view to streamline communication between admins.
What’s New?
✔ Add, edit, or delete internal notes on any asset.
✔ See notes added by your teammates to stay aligned.
✔ Use it for maintenance history, delivery instructions, or tracking asset changes.
Where to Find It?
Go to Assets > All Assets > Select an asset > Notes tab.
Physical Operations Updates
ITAD Credits Now Available (Limited Rollout)
Customers in the US, UK, EU, and Canada can now opt into our ITAD Credits program and receive quarterly credits when eligible devices are remarketed. These credits can be used toward future Firstbase invoices.

Secure ITAD Processing Now in LATAM
We’ve expanded our NIST 800-88–compliant data erasure and destruction services to LATAM, including Certificate of Destruction (CoD) support for all assets processed in-region.
