Confirm Return Details (One-Off Returns & Replacements)

Admins now have more flexibility and visibility when managing one-off returns and replacements.
This update lets you decide whether employees need to confirm their shipping details before returning equipment — helping avoid delays and failed deliveries.

What’s New?
✔ New Address Confirmation toggle in the Verify Employee Information step.
✔ See when the employee last confirmed their address to decide if a new confirmation is needed.
✔ If enabled, the employee receives an email and login prompt to confirm their details.
✔ Once confirmed, the return status automatically updates from Submitted → Confirmed, and the employee’s profile details are refreshed.

Where to Find It?
Go to Orders > Initiate a One off Returns (Ship to Firstbase) or  Replacements > Verify Employee Information step.

CPF Field for Brazil-Based Employees

We’ve added a CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) field to support local shipping and compliance requirements for Brazil-based employees.

What’s New?
✔ Add or edit CPF numbers in employee profiles at any time.
✔ Available during one-off return, replacement, and offboarding flows.
✔ CPF field appears automatically when Country = Brazil.
✔ Currently optional 

Where to Find It?
Go to People > Select Employee (Country = Brazil) or any Return / Replacement / Offboarding flow.
