My computer or other equipment is broken or not working correctly. What do I do?

If there is a fault or other issue with your computer equipment, please contact your administrator to place a replacement order to replace your device.

Firstbase Support will follow up with you to arrange the return of your broken/faulty device.

Please take photos of the damage to send to Firstbase Support once you are contacted to arrange the return shipment.
