How do I know when my equipment will be delivered?

To access tracking information for your items, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Firstbase account at https://app.firstbase.com/.
2. Click the three dots at the top right corner of the page and select "My Orders" to view any available tracking links.

Furniture Delivery ETA's:

• Furniture ETA dates are provided to us directly from the vendor based on production and availability and are subject to change based on these variables. Delivery dates can take 1-2 weeks to populate in your Firstbase account. That being said, if the delivery date range passes and you have not received your items or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to support@firstbase.com.
