I recently placed my order for office furniture. When should I expect the items to ship?

Furniture items often take longer to prepare for shipment and, due to their size, often require specialist courier services.

To access tracking information and details on the estimated delivery time for your items:

1. Log in to your Firstbase account at https://app.firstbasehq.com/ 
2. Click the three dots at the top right corner of the page. 
3. Select "My Orders" to see an estimated delivery range for each item.

Furniture Delivery ETA's:

• Furniture ETA dates are provided to us directly from the vendor based on production and availability and are subject to change based on these variables. Delivery dates can take 1-2 weeks to populate in your Firstbase account. That being said, if the delivery date range passes and you have not received your items or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to support@firstbase.com.
