Device Enrollment - ABM & Autopilot

Overview

Firstbase provides seamless management of device enrollments at the point of purchase for Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Microsoft Autopilot. This service ensures devices are deployment-ready with minimal effort, allowing your team members to receive pre-configured devices tailored to their roles. What Does This Service Cover?

1. Apple Business Manager (ABM) Enrollment:
   • Devices are enrolled into ABM, enabling remote configuration and management through your Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
   • Firstbase handles the linkage of purchased devices to your ABM account for streamlined setup.

2. Microsoft Autopilot Enrollment:
   • Windows devices are pre-enrolled into Autopilot, enabling zero-touch deployment.
   • Customized configurations ensure devices meet your organization’s specific requirements.
   • This may be limited to specific regions depending on how your organization tenant is configured

Availability, Limitations & Important Notes

• MDM Credentials Required: To complete ABM or Autopilot enrollments, you must provide necessary credentials and account access or use provided Hash ID extractions
• Lead Times: Enrollment processing times depend on device quantities and regional availability.
• Supported Devices: This service applies to eligible Apple and Windows devices; check compatibility before ordering.
• Limitations: All services are subject to Firstbase Global Equipment & Logistics Service Capabilities.

Billing & Terms

• Fees: For certain enrollments, there is a fee.  This fee may be found in the hardware cost or as a separate line item on an invoice. 
• Terms: As always, all equipment and logistics services are subject to the Firstbase Equipment & Service Policies in addition to any supplemental documentation including but not limited to Order Forms, Riders, MSAs, and etc.
