Chaser Email for New Hires

Overview

To ensure that new hires place their orders by their start date, Firstbase will automatically send a chaser email as a reminder. This email is triggered if a new hire has not placed their first order within 2 days of receiving the initial invite.

Who Will Receive the Chaser Email?

The chaser email will be sent to new hires who meet all of the following criteria:

• The user is marked as a new hire.

• No order has been placed by the user directly.

• No one-off order has been placed on their behalf.

• No order was automatically created during user setup (via an automatic package).

Timing:

• The email will be sent 2 calendar days after the initial invite.

• Each user will receive only one chaser email.

1. What triggers the chaser email?

• The email is triggered when the new hire does not place an order within 2 days of the initial invite.

• It also checks that no order was placed for the user by an admin or through an automated package.

2. How many chaser emails are sent?

• Only one reminder email will be sent per new hire.

3. Can the chaser email be customized?

• Currently, the content of the chaser email is standard and cannot be customized by individual companies.
