New webhooks, inventory level created by, and more

Enhancements

• New webhooks - Subscribe to Inventory Changed and New ITAD Request events instead of polling. The webhook catalog now shows which resources support region filters and which destinations they allow.
• Inventory level created by - Warehouse min and max for catalog SKUs now show who set each level and when it was set.
• JumpCloud MDM - Connect JumpCloud with service account OAuth credentials instead of a personal API key.
• Action Center - Rows are more consistent, and you get a clearer confirmation when you ignore a low stock alert.
• Firstbase API - Approving or declining orders through the API now clears them from Action Center. Creating an asset with a serial that already exists returns 409 Conflict. Shipment-notice create errors use API field names (for example sku_id) in nested error paths. The Regions API can optionally include each region’s countries in the same response.

Fixes

• Intune MDM setup - Add person stays clickable when you map devices and users.
• Orders and inventory list APIs - Results honor updatedAfter so they match the requested cutoff.
• Get replacement API - Order items now return shipment tracking instead of a null shipment.
• MDM import preview - The assignee dropdown is the correct one, and Import more devices skips Review sync settings.
