📦 Inventory Orders and Levels

Manage your warehouse inventory end to end without leaving Firstbase. Set minimum and maximum stock thresholds per product, automate restock orders when stock runs low, and track every order with a fully redesigned orders experience.

Inventory Orders

• Redesigned orders page with order cards, shipment tracking, and rich filtering
• Place, edit, and cancel orders directly from the platform
• View order and shipment status in real time, down to individual items
• Export orders to CSV, with or without line-item details

Inventory Levels

• Set min and max stock thresholds per product and warehouse
• Choose automatic restock orders or manual alerts when stock drops below the minimum
• Available stock counts update in real time, including new, used, and pending orders
• Export inventory levels to CSV at any time

How to access

1. Log in to your Firstbase account
2. Go to Asset Management in the left navigation
3. Select Inventory Orders to place and manage warehouse orders
4. Select Inventory Levels to set thresholds and configure restock automation
