I am moving soon and my furniture items have not been delivered. What should I do?

If you have placed an order that hasn't yet shipped or arrived and are moving to a new address, please contact Firstbase Support at support@firstbase.com with the following information:

1. Your new address details
2. The date you are moving
3. Any relevant details about the order  (e.g., if a shipping agent has contacted you to schedule your delivery but you have not received the items).
