What is Firstbase-Supplied Purchase?

Firstbase Supplied Purchase equipment is a form of Firstbase supplied equipment that refers to hardware and assets provided by Firstbase directly for your organization’s use. These items are purchased, managed, and shipped through Firstbase's platform, ensuring a seamless process for procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.

What’s Included?

1. Hardware Procurement
   Firstbase handles the purchase of essential workplace equipment on your behalf. Items can include:
   1. • Laptops
      • Monitors
      • Keyboards
      • Other office essentials
   2. This eliminates the need for your organization to source hardware independently.
      
      
2. Pre-Configured Setup
   Where applicable, Firstbase ensures devices are pre-configured (everything from zero touch deployment softwares to enable MDM enrollments at point of purchase down to physically imaging an item) to meet your organization's specifications, making onboarding for new employees efficient and hassle-free.  For further information on this service please refer to (INSERT LINK to IT SERVICES SECTION - COMING SOON).
3. Maintenance & Support
   Firstbase manages hardware upkeep, including repairs and replacements.
4. Lifecycle Management
   Firstbase tracks and manages the lifecycle of supplied equipment, including maintenance, upgrades, and eventual returns or recycling.

Availability & Limitations

• Leased Equipment may not be available in all regions globally.  For availability in specific locations, please refer to Firstbase Global Equipment & Logistics Service Capabilities.

Billing and Terms

• Equipment Fees: Billed as per the Order Form and any supplemental agreement(s).
• Ownership: Firstbase invoices Customer for the hardware and at this point, ownership is then transferred from Firstbase to Customer. 
• As always, all equipment and logistics services are subject to the Firstbase Equipment & Service Policies in addition to any supplemental documentation including but not limited to Order Forms, Riders, MSAs, and etc.
