You can see who submitted each request in the Orders and Returns section of the Firstbase platform — including one-off orders, returns, and replacements.
Where to Find It
- Go to Orders and Returns in the admin dashboard.
- Use the Submitted by filter in any of the 3 tabs (Orders, Returns or Replacements) to view only requests submitted by a specific user.
- Click into any record to view submitter details inside the order, return, or replacement modal.
Submitter Display Logic
- Admins and Employees: Full name (e.g., “John Smith”)
- Firstbase Team Members (e.g., CSMs): First name + last initial (e.g., "Mark S.") and a (Firstbase) in parenthesis.

Can I see who submitted past orders?
Yes, submission data is available retroactively.
Is this available for all workflows?
Yes — this applies to Orders, Returns, and Replacements.
Does the "Submitted by" field show who canceled the order?
No. The "Submitted by" field only shows who originally placed the order (e.g., Admin, employee, or Firstbase team member). It does not update or show when someone else with permission cancels or edits the order later.
