1. Storable Categories
Our US, UK, EU, and Canada warehouses are equipped to store laptops, phones, monitors, and IT peripherals, while other regions generally accommodate laptops only.
2. Customer Shipments Supported
Our US, UK, EU, and Canada warehouses allow customers to ship their own equipment directly to the facility, while other regions generally require all equipment to be sourced through Firstbase.
3. Returnable Categories
Our US, UK, EU, and Canada warehouses support returns for a full range of devices, including monitors, phones, and other equipment, whereas other regions generally handle only laptop and dock returns.
4. Imaging Services
Imaging capabilities range from custom pre-deployment configurations to zero-touch enrollment setups. Our US, UK, EU and Canada warehouses support custom pre-deployment configurations, whereas other regions require zero-touch enrollment.
5. Repairs Scope
Our US, UK, EU and Canda warehouses support repairs for any device, regardless of warranty or supplier. Repairs are limited to Firstbase-supplied or warranty-covered devices in all other regions.

All of our facilities offer IT asset disposition (ITAD) services, such as providing Certificates of Destruction, except for our five warehouse locations in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala).
7. Hold Policies
Our US, UK, EU and Canada warehouses allow customers to implement hold policies for 30, 60, or 90 days, whereas others do not offer this feature.
