This document details Firstbase’s ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) requirements that must be provided to suppliers before shipping goods to our warehouses. These requirements are crucial for efficient supply chain management as they enable our warehousing teams to plan and track shipments. They also reduce the chances of errors and help ensure that goods are received and inventoried on time.
Requirements
- Shipping Label Format: Shipments for products to be delivered to a Firstbase location will use the shipping label format described below.

Please ensure that Ship To Name, Customer Code, and PO Number are visible on the physical label placed on the outer shipping box.
- Serial number and manufacturer part number are printed with barcodes on labels accessible from the shipping box.
