Overview
IMPORTANT: CUSTOMERS SHIPPING GOODS TO FIRSTBASE WAREHOUSES MUST SUBMIT A SHIPMENT NOTICE IN THE PLATFORM AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE GOODS ARRIVE. SHIPMENTS WITHOUT A MATCHING NOTICE IN OUR RECORDS MAY BE REJECTED OR SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES AND PROCESSING DELAYS.

This document details Firstbase’s ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) requirements for shipping goods to our warehouses. These requirements are crucial for efficient supply chain management as they enable our warehousing teams to plan and track shipments. They also reduce the chances of errors and help ensure that goods are received and inventoried on time.
Requirements
- Shipping Label Format: Shipments for products to be delivered to a Firstbase location must use the shipping label format described below.

Please ensure that Ship To Name, Customer Code, and PO Number are visible on the physical label placed on the outer shipping box.
- Serial number and manufacturer part number are printed with barcodes on labels accessible from the shipping box.
