When equipment is returned from your employees to our warehouses, they are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, reviewed for wear-and-tear, and checked for any applicable warranties. If an item can be redeployed, it will be returned to inventory.
If there are any issues with the return (e.g., damaged items or locked devices), this will be indicated on the platform per item. If all is correct and there are no issues, once grading is complete, this information will be available on the platform.
Below is the grading system we use, what the grades mean, and what types of equipment are applicable for the grading:
