There may be times when you need to rush-ship a device to a new employee as their start date approaches, or to an office location, and standard shipping times aren't fast enough. Firstbase offers a tool to expedite shipments so your new hire is ready from day one.
What is Expedited Shipping?
Expedited shipping ensures faster delivery for eligible items. Orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends).
Where is Expedited Shipping Available?
Expedited shipping is available in the US, UK, and EU.
It may also be available in Canada, depending on the courier. Please contact Support for assistance with Canadian orders.
What Items Are Eligible?
All in-stock categories are now eligible for expedited shipping in the US, EU, and UK.
Will expediting shipment incur extra fees?
Yes. Expedited shipping has an additional cost.

How Do I Request Expedited Shipping?
When placing a new order for eligible items, you can select the Expedited shipping option during checkout if the item is in stock.
Why Can’t I Expedite an Item?
To qualify for expedited shipping, the item must:

Be in stock in the warehouse

Not have already shipped (must not be in "processing" status)
Can I Automatically Expedite New Hire Orders?
Yes! Admins can set up automatic expedited shipping for any new hire order placed within six business days of their start date. You can turn this setting on or off under Settings > Shipping
What Are the Cut-Off Times for Expedited Orders?
Orders must be placed before the following cut-off times (employee’s time zone):

United States: 2 PM EST

Canada: 10 AM EST

European Union: 10 AM CET

United Kingdom: 10 AM GMT/BST
Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
What If My Expedited Order Didn’t Arrive on Time?
If your order was placed after the cut-off time, it will ship the following business day.
Tracking information will usually be available at the end of the business day when the order ships.
If you don't see tracking after 24 hours, please contact Firstbase Support.
