☝🏼 Initiate replacements & upgrades on platform: Admins can now initiate a replacement or upgrade on their own in the platform without having to contact support. Just click Actions on the Orders and returns section and select Initiate return or replacement to kick off a replacement or upgrade. Click here for additional documentation.
📤 Resend activation email to employee: Admins now have the ability to quickly resend the welcome activation email to an employee in case they no longer can locate their activation email or the worker’s primary email was misspelled. This can be done directly in the Profile tab. Click here for additional documentation.
🏡 Option to save employee’s address to their profile: When placing an order in Firstbase, users now have the ability to save the address to their profile, so they don’t have to enter it again in the future. This applies for both admins as well as employees placing an order.
📧 Automatically send “return complete” email: Employees will now receive a “return complete” confirmation email once their return order has been marked as complete to confirm that the employee no longer needs to take further action.
