When invited to the platform, your employees will receive a welcome email to activate and log into their accounts. If they can't locate the invite message in their email, you can easily resend it via their profile.
- Access the People section on the left-hand side of your dashboard
- Select the employee you wish to receive a new invite.
- You will see the "Resend email" section at the top of their profile.
- Click "Resend email," and you will receive a message when it has been successfully sent to the employee's email on file.
Once the user has activated their account, you will no longer see the ability to resend the email, and the employee will be in an Active status.
If your employee is Active but still unable to log in, they can reset their password or contact support at support@firstbase.com.
