When an employee is offboarded, they have likely already lost access to their work email account. If there is no personal email address listed in their profile, they will not receive the request to complete the offboarding process, which includes confirming their shipping address and providing their availability for a courier pickup.
If you have their personal email, you can edit this and resend the offboarding request so that the employee can complete the process:
- Log in to the platform and go to the People section. Search the name of the user, and click their name to open their profile.
- Add in the personal email under Secondary email and click Save at the bottom of the page. Click Resend email at the top of their profile page. This will resend the offboarding request email to both their primary and secondary email addresses.
