Orders can be canceled within the platform until the order starts processing. To cancel, select the employee order in the "Orders and Returns" tab, select the order and then select the option 'Cancel order' in the "Modify order" dropdown.

Terms and Limitations
In accordance with our Firstbase Equipment & Service Policies and subject to Firstbase Global Equipment & Logistics Service Capabilities once an order has reached the processing stage, it typically cannot be cancelled or modified in any way for any reason other than extensive lead time and even then, cancellation and modification is not always possible.
In the event that this is the case, if the order has reached the processing stage, please contact Firstbase Support and provide the following:
- The employee's name
- The order number
- Current status (e.g., pending, shipped)
- Any available details about the reason the order should be canceled (e.g., the employee is no longer joining as an employee, it was an accident)
