Orders can be canceled within the platform until the order starts processing. To cancel, select the employee order in the "Orders and Returns" tab, select the order and then select 'Cancel order.'
If the order is already processing, please contact Firstbase Support and provide the following:
- The employee's name
- The order number
- Current status (e.g., pending, shipped)
- Any available details about the reason the order should be canceled (e.g., the employee is no longer joining as an employee, it was an accident)
