We make every effort to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, sometimes items can be damaged during transit.
If you receive a damaged item/s, to expedite the replacement process, please contact Firstbase Support at support@firstbase.com with the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the damage
- Photo(s) clearly showing the damage
- Photos of any shipping/packaging materials where possible
We will send a replacement item, or in some cases, a replacement part for furniture items, and arrange for the damaged item/s to be returned or recycled.
