If you haven't placed your order yet, you can make changes to your address before ordering by following the steps below:
- Log into your account at app.firstbasehq.com.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner & select "My Address,"
- Enter the new details on that page.
If you've already placed your order, and it hasn't yet shipped:
- Contact Firstbase Support with your updated address details, including the date you plan to move.
- We will work to adjust the address so the order is sent to the correct location.
