How do I reset the password for my Firstbase account?

To reset your password:

1. Go to app.firstbasehq.com and select 'Need help signing in?' (See Figure 1).
2. Then, select 'Forgot Password?' at the bottom of the page (See Figure 2).

If you cannot change your password or continue having issues accessing your account, please contact Firstbase Support for further assistance.
