As part of your onboarding, your employer will assign you a ‘package’ containing the items they've curated for your role type and location.
You will then be provided access to Firstbase and can order the items you'd like from your assigned package.
In some cases, Admins will also provide access to a virtual IT Closet option, with a list of items you can order at any time, with approval required. This is mostly relevant if you've already started your job.
