In-App Support Widget
✋🏾 You and your employees can now engage with our support team directly using our In-App Support Widget. No more emailing support on behalf of employees – they can reach us right through the app.
🚨 Actionable alerts with the Alerts Center: We heard from our customers that they needed help knowing what needs timely attention in the platform. With the Alerts Center, admins will now see actionable updates every time they log in. The first alerts will be for order approvals — more to come soon.
✅ Return complete confirmation email for worker: Workers will now receive a “return complete” confirmation email upon the return order being marked as complete, reassuring the worker that no additional steps need to be taken.
