One-Off Orders to Office Locations
We’ve redesigned the one-off order flow with a more intuitive step-by-step interface and new delivery options.
What’s New?
✔ Place one-off orders directly to office addresses
✔ Step-by-step flow replaces the old modal-based interface
✔ New filters: Recipient Type and Delivery Location
✔ CSV export now shows item-level order data

Small Changes, Big Time Savers
We released new enhancements to help you move faster:
Quick View Assets
✔ Open asset details directly from Orders, Returns, and Replacements — without navigating away
Filter Available Stock
✔ When placing a one-off order, you can now filter products by availability to only view items ready to ship
Device Holds Now Available in All Regions
Admins can now apply 30-, 60-, or 90-day holds on returned devices in all 21 Firstbase-supported regions, giving you more time before restock or data erasure.
Previously, this feature was limited to US, UK, EU, and Canada.
Laptop Return Boxes Now Offered in Mexico and Brazil
We’ve expanded return box shipments to Mexico and Brazil, aligning them with global standards. Employees in these countries will now receive a return box before pickup is scheduled.
Note: In other LATAM regions (e.g., Argentina, Colombia, Chile), employees still need to pre-package devices.
