How can I offboard an employee who is not in the platform?

You must first create the employee on the platform in order to offboard them. In order to not send an invite to order equipment, you can create an employee and not assign a package to them at the time of creation. 

After you've created the employee, you can offboard them and list out any legacy equipment that must be recovered from them. 

If the equipment they have assigned already exists in the Firstbase app, you can reassign it to the user prior to offboarding via the Asset Management Page.
