In the Orders and Returns section of the Firstbase platform, within the Replacements tab, you can track the progress of replacement orders—used when equipment is returned and a new item is issued. These statuses help admins monitor where the order stands in the process.
Replacement Order Statuses
Status | Description |
---|---|
Submitted | Initial status when a replacement order is created. |
Processing | A shipping label is being prepared by the warehouse team. |
Completed | All items in the replacement order have been successfully fulfilled and received. |
Partially Completed | This status appears when either the associated return order or replacement order reaches a terminal state, but not all items are resolved. |
Cancelled | The replacement order was canceled before completion. |
🔍 Note on Partially Completed:
A replacement order stays in Partially Completed if only some items are returned and replaced, while others remain unresolved. It will remain in this state unless further actions are taken.
