Overview
To ensure that new hires place their orders by their start date, Firstbase will automatically send a chaser email as a reminder. This email is triggered if a new hire has not placed their first order within 2 days of receiving the initial invite.
Who Will Receive the Chaser Email?
The chaser email will be sent to new hires who meet all of the following criteria:

The user is marked as a new hire.

No order has been placed by the user directly.

No one-off order has been placed on their behalf.

No order was automatically created during user setup (via an automatic package).
Timing:

The email will be sent 2 calendar days after the initial invite.

Each user will receive only one chaser email.

1. What triggers the chaser email?
