The Usage Dashboard provides visibility into your contract usage, helping you track spending and remaining balance.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Firstbase Menu > Usage Fees to access the dashboard.
Pre-committed Contracts Dashboard
When a contract is set to Pre-committed, the dashboard will display:
- Active Term: Displays the contract duration and expiration date.
- Remaining Balance: Shows how much of the committed amount is left.
- Amount Used: Tracks spending to date.

- Breakdown by region, number of actions, and amount spent.
- Filters available by region.

- Clickable insights on specific regions.
- Detailed breakdown of actions such as "Orders" and "Returns."
- Clicking an action shows the corresponding Order ID and details.
Pay-as-you-go Contracts Dashboard
When a contract is set to Pay-as-you-go, the dashboard will display:
- Month Overview:
- Total Current Monthly Spend
- Total Last Month Spend
- Total Average Spend

- Breakdown by region, showing number of actions and the total amount spent.
- Filters available by region.
- Usage Details by Region:
- Clickable insights on specific regions.
- Detailed breakdown of actions such as "Orders" and "Returns."

1. How often is the data refreshed?
The balance for previous months is final, but the current month’s spending is shown as an estimate until month-end closure. The data updates in real-time.
2. What is included in the spending breakdown?
The breakdown includes all charges, such as:
- Standard Orders
- Lightweight Orders
- Expedited Standard Orders
- Standard Returns
- Standard Replacements
- Lightweight Return
- Intake Fee
- Imaging
3. How is currency conversion handled?
Currency conversion is updated at the end of each month based on prevailing exchange rates.
4. Can I filter my spending by date or region?
Yes, you can filter by date and region to analyze specific spending patterns.
5. What happens if I exceed my prepaid balance?
An overage charge will be applied, and you will need to purchase additional add-ons to continue using Firstbase services.
6. What fees are automated in the dashboard?
The dashboard now includes imaging, recycling, and inventory order fees in addition to standard fees like orders and returns.
7. Who can access the Usage Dashboard?
Only Admin and Admin (Read Only) users can view platform information.
