- Vendor Invoices: While Firstbase manages vendor communication and accounts, payment of vendor invoices remains your responsibility.

Availability & Limitations
- Leased Equipment may not be available in all regions globally. For availability in specific locations, please refer to Firstbase Global Equipment & Logistics Service Capabilities.
Billing and Terms
- Equipment Fees: Billed by the vendor directly and cost may fluctuate slightly.
- Ownership: Firstbase Managed Vendor Partner invoices Customer for the hardware and at this point, ownership is then transferred from Vendor to Customer.
- As always, all equipment and logistics services are subject to the Firstbase Equipment & Service Policies in addition to any supplemental documentation including but not limited to Order Forms, Riders, MSAs, and etc.
