What is Firstbase-Supplied Lease (HaaS)?
Firstbase-supplied Leased Equipment, sometimes referred to as HaaS (Hardware as a Service) or Subscription Equipment, is a service model where Firstbase provides hardware on a subscription basis, giving your organization flexibility without the need for upfront purchases. This model ensures predictable costs and eliminates the burden of managing hardware lifecycles internally.

Subscription-Based Hardware
Devices like laptops, monitors, and peripherals are supplied on a rental basis, reducing capital expenditure. -
Flexible Upgrades
Easily upgrade hardware as needs evolve without the complexities of ownership. -
Maintenance & Support
Firstbase manages hardware upkeep, including repairs and replacements. -
End-of-Use Returns
When the subscription ends, equipment is returned, ensuring sustainable asset management.
Availability & Limitations
- Leased Equipment may not be available in all regions globally. For availability in specific locations, please refer to Firstbase Global Equipment & Logistics Service Capabilities.
- Leased equipment is only available for the following categories:
- Computers
- Monitors
- Tablets
- Mobile Phones
Billing and Terms
- Subscription Fees: Billed as per the Order Form and any supplemental agreement(s).
- Ownership: Firstbase and/or our affiliates retain ownership of each item unless the device is bought out by Customer, in which case ownership is then transferred.
- As always, all equipment and logistics services are subject to the Firstbase Equipment & Service Policies in addition to any supplemental documentation including but not limited to Order Forms, Riders, MSAs, and etc.
