Understanding the Home Dashboard in Firstbase
The Home Dashboard in Firstbase provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s recent activity, including order trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and detailed insights into orders, returns, and replacements. Here's how to navigate and interpret the dashboard:
Accessing the Home Dashboard
To access the Home Dashboard, log in to your Firstbase account and go to Menu > Home or navigate directly to https://app.firstbasedev.com/home.
Key Features of the Home Dashboard
1. Order Trends Graph
At the center of the dashboard, you’ll see a 12-month trend graph displaying the evolution of orders placed each month. This visual helps track your organization's activity and performance over time.
2. Top KPIs
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find three key metrics for the last 30 days:
- Total Orders: Shows the number of orders placed in the last 30 days, with a comparison to the previous 30 days.
- Average Delivery Days: Displays the average number of days it took to deliver orders in the last 30 days.
- Average Handling Days: Indicates the average number of days Firstbase took to process orders before shipment in the last 30 days.
3. Orders and Returns KPIs
Below the graph, you’ll see additional KPIs related to recent activity, each compared to the previous week where applicable:
- New Orders (Last 7 Days): The total number of orders placed in the last 7 days.
- New Returns (Last 7 Days): The total number of returns initiated in the last 7 days.
- New Replacements (Last 7 Days): The total number of replacements initiated in the last 7 days.
- Currently Processing: The total number of orders currently being processed.
4. Detailed Activity Table
Below the KPIs, you’ll find a table with three tabs providing more granular details:
a. New Orders
- Columns: Date, Status, Worker, Package.
- Actions: Click View All Orders to see the full list of orders at https://app.firstbasedev.com/logistics.
b. New Returns
- Columns: Date, Status, Worker, Reason.
