You can place an order in Firstbase through two sections:
- Via the People Section
- Via the Orders and Returns Section
Below, we’ll outline the step-by-step process for both methods.
1. Placing an Order via the People Section
- Log in to your Firstbase account.
- Navigate to Menu > People and Offices > People.
- Search for and select the employee who needs the order.
- Go to the Logistics section in the employee’s profile.
- Click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Place order for person.
2. Placing an Order via the Orders and Returns Section
- Log in to your Firstbase account.
- Navigate to Menu > Orders and Returns.
- Click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Place one-off order.
- In the next step, you will be asked who you are placing the order for — an employee or an office location.
