As an Admin, you can control which email notifications you receive for your company’s activity on the Firstbase Platform. Follow the steps below to customize your notification settings:
Steps to Manage Notifications
- Log in to the Firstbase Platform.
- Go to the Menu > Settings > Manage Notifications.
- Here, you can choose which notifications you’d like to receive.
Note: You will still receive all email notifications related to your own orders.
Available Notification Options
You can enable or disable the following email notifications:

Order Approvals
Receive an email when an order approval is requested by an individual. -
Order Confirmations
Receive an email when an order has been placed by an individual. -
Order Shipment Confirmations
Receive an email when an individual’s order has been shipped. -
Completed Offboardings
Receive an email when an individual’s offboarding process is completed. -
Return Details Confirmed
Receive an email when an individual confirms their return details.
