Follow these steps to activate and log in to your Firstbase account as an employee:
1. Activate Your Account
You will receive an activation email from Firstbase at your personal email or work email. Click on the “Get Started” button in the email.
2. Set Your Password
- Follow the prompts to create a secure password.
3. Log In to the Platform
Go to Log in using the email address where you received the Firstbase activation email.
4. Follow the Onboarding Prompts
Welcome Message: Click “Let’s Get Started”.
How Firstbase Works: Review the message and click “Let’s Go”.
5. Place Your First Order
The first time you log in, you will need to place your initial order for equipment:
Select the items you need from the catalog. Important: Always select a computer as part of your order to proceed.
Click “Continue to Shipping”.
6. Enter Your Shipping Address
Provide your shipping address details.Review and confirm your address.
7. Submit Your Order
Your order will now be submitted and shipped to your specified address.
